rooms were clean, staff although did not speak much english they were very helpful, room had free wifi & sky tv. Also had a pool area & treatment centre. We used the pool but not the treatment.
It was a bit far out of Anzio, it cost us 20euro taxi out & 15 taxi back. We thought we were staying in Anzio but we could have got off train 3 stops earlier to save taxi fare.

The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and had a beautiful view. the rooms were spacious and had balconies overlooking the garden. the staff was friendly and the breakfast offered a variety of options. the hotel also had a nice pool and comfortable sunbeds for relaxation.
The shower in the bathroom was quite small and may not be suitable for larger individuals.

We spent our Christmas holidays in this hotel and it was an amazing experience. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home since the very first moment. They offered us a wonderful Christmas dinner and a cozy room with a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away, and the pool, which was perfect even during the winter season. the breakfast was delicious and diverse, with a wide range of traditional products.
We found the location a little bit far from the city center, which made it difficult to find restaurants or shops nearby. we noticed that the hotel interior decoration seemed slightly outdated.

Excellent room, kept very clean. Very friendlyand helpful staff.
Rather far out from Anzio. A car is required as local bus services are to say the least unreliable.

The hotel is very close to sea. You can relax on the beach and then go to Roma.
Personal did not inform well tourists. They did not say about transport strike and we lost many hours for nothing. The hotel situates far from rail-way station. To get there needs 25 minutes walk.

The hotel is located in a green area, just a short walk from the beach and close to the bus stop for easy access to Anzio or Nettuno. The rooms are spacious with balconies and lovely garden views. The hotel offers a nice pool and terrace area with tables and chairs. The staff are helpful and the hotel is clean and quiet.
It was all superb.

given that only two rooms were occupied it felt like we were intruding. The staff were unhelpful, insisted we decided on dinner or not at the hotel by 1500 ( we decided not )The breakfast was spartan and the worst we have had on the whole trip. The location is a good 4 km from the town and no public tansport that we could see

I spent a fantastic weekend at a hotel near the beach, which was a real surprise! The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed them. The pool area was a peaceful and lovely place to relax, surrounded by greenery. The room was comfortable and tidy, and I really enjoyed the breakfast with fresh baked goods and a variety of choices.
The hotel was a bit far away from the town center and not very easy to reach without a car. , the selection of food at the hotel restaurant was a bit limited.

Little open hotels during our stay in this town - not season and still overpriced...
Far from center, no supermarket even close to it, little options to have a dinner also... Far from center and from sea, over priced and bathroom was fairly working
